Service Description

Celebrate the new year with the very first practice of 2025!!!! We will light a candle to ground into our highest intention for the year and connect to our deepest desires and goals through visualization meditation, pranayama and yoga asana. You will be guided into a deep state of calm with an extended savasana. New Year's "toast" and opportunity to connect and share your new year's intentions/goals after practice! All are welcome to this all levels practice! Recording available if you can't attend live!
