This is a live class led by me for my students. A beautiful healing style of yoga that promotes deep relaxation. Students are invited to utterly relax their body and observe their mind in postures that are held between 5-20 minutes. In restorative yoga, comfy props like blankets, blocks, straps, eye pillows and bolsters are utilized to support the body in long holding postures of comfort and ease. Poses are mostly seated or lying down (prone or supine). Perfect for all levels of yogis and those recovering from sickness or injury. Expert adjustments are provided to promote relaxation and to accommodate all different abilities and injuries. Discover for yourself the power of stillness.
