Service Description

This is a pre-recorded class. Once registered, link will be manually sent. An all levels practice that focuses on connective tissue and fascia stretching. Practitioners are guided into sustained poses which are held between 2-5 minutes and designed to support and preserve joint, bone and connective tissue health. Relax in mind and body through the connection to your breath. Surrender and allow gravity to do the work. Yin yoga will help improve your overall mobility and range of motion, specifically in the hips, pelvis and spine. No props are utilized in a traditional yin practice. Postures are mostly seated or lying down (prone or supine).
